Let’s Get Started!

Personal Training is a great choice for anyone interested in fitness- from beginners to those experienced but needing something new!

All new clients will start with an assessment. The assessment includes goal discussion, a movement analysis, and session scheduling/planning. This allows time between our first meeting and first session to tailor a program specifically to you and your needs!

From there, choose which type of training is best for you- 1:1 where you will work individually, focusing directly on your goals or 2:1 Buddy training where you have a friend to keep you motivated and accountable.

Both 1:1 and 2:1 require a minimum of 4 sessions to ensure you have a good understanding of your exercises and technique and expire after 4 months!
