Laur Liz Lifts offers personal training in a 1:1 setting as well as 2:1 buddy training.
All new clients must start with an assessment. Both 1:1 and 2:1 training requires a minimum of 4 sessions!

Personal Training Initial Assessment (30 min) $15
In this 30-minute session, I will take an objective look at your current fitness level, movement patterns, and health history. I'll identify any muscular imbalances or limitations, discuss your specific goals, and create a plan to set you up for success moving forward. From here we can schedule sessions!

1:1 Personal Training (60 min) $70
Our 1-hour personal training sessions are fully customized to your fitness level, goals, and schedule. Whether you're just starting out or chasing a new personal best, I will provide the expert guidance and enthusiastic support to make your fitness journey enjoyable and effective.

2:1 Buddy Training (60 min) $50 per person
Sweat, smile, and succeed together. There's no better motivator than having a training partner! In our 60-minute 2:1 sessions, you and your friend will push each other, celebrate milestones, and ensure neither of you skips a workout. Get personalized coaching and a supportive, energetic atmosphere that makes achieving your fitness goals fun and highly effective. (Price is per person)
